Aquatic Toxicology welcomes contributions from PRIMO22 for this special issue!
Submission Deadline: October 1st 2024
GOAL OF THE FORUM
The International Symposium PRIMO aims to provide an interdisciplinary scientific forum on the latest research dealing with the environmental effects of anthropogenic activities on marine organisms and ocean health.
It is one of the biggest scientific events specially dedicated to environmental issues dealing with aquatic chemical pollution and biological effects in various animal and plant, unicellular and pluricellular, organisms.
PRIMO particularly promotes the investigation of mechanisms, such as those involved in pollutant biotransformation and toxicity from molecular to physiological level.
This 22nd edition of PRIMO will be organized by the French Institute for Sea Exploration (Ifremer).
COVERAGE
The following scientific disciplines will be concerned by the event:
• ecotoxicology,
• environmental and evolutionary toxicology,
• analytical chemistry and biogeochemistry,
• marine biology.
LOCAL COMMITTEE
A local organizing committee of 12 researchers has been formed around Farida Akcha, chair of this 2024 edition.
