Platform presentation
12-minute oral presentation, followed by 3-minutes of Q&A
Each presenter will have to upload her/his presentation at the preview desk the day before the presentation. For those presenting on Monday, this could be done just after registration on Sunday or at 08:00 am on Monday morning for those not intending the opening ceremony.
Expected files are PPT, PPTX, PDF.
Be in the session room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session and introduce yourself to the session chair(s).
Poster presentation
Posters will be exhibited throughout the duration of the congress. They will be presented on Monday 27th May and Tuesday 28th May during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks and in the evening from 05:30 pm to 06:30 pm
Poster orientation should be portrait and size should be A0 (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high). Velcro discs will be provided in the exhibition hall, so you can hang your poster.
Presenters are responsible for the setup and take-down of their posters.
- Poster setup: on Sunday 26th May from 02:00 pm to 05:30 pm, on Monday 27th May from 8:00 to 8:45 am. Each poster will have a specific location in the exhibition hall, number will be given by the hostess.
- Poster take-down: on Tuesday from 06:30 pm to 07:00 pm or on Wednesday from 08:00 am to 01:00 pm.
