If you don’t want to initiate a payment now, you can check « Preregistration » (checked by default) and finalize the payment later.
IMPORTANT: Hotel demand is very strong at this time of year due to the staging of other international events. We strongly recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible, even if you haven’t yet finalized your registration. Most of the hotels offer free cancellation so that you can cancel or change your booking without paying any fees. Booking earlier is also a way to get more interesting prices!
